Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Safa71 cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been submitted.

Returns

Because Safa71 sells food and grocery products, certain products may not be eligible for return for food-safety, health, hygiene, or product-integrity reasons.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise problematic product, please contact our customer service team promptly after delivery.

We may request:

• The product name
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging

After reviewing the information, Safa71 will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies.

Products should not be returned without prior authorization from Safa71.
